Wireoptim Nichrome 80 Regeneration Wire - 15m
A 15-meter spool of resistance wire made of Nichrome (Ni80) by Wireoptim, suitable for both mouth-to-lung and direct lung rebuildable atomizers (MTL - RDL / DL). It is produced in the United States with highly precise computerized machinery and is completely free from processing oils and other residues.
Available in different thicknesses:
- 24ga (0.51mm): linear resistance 5.38 ?/meter
- 26ga (0.40386mm): linear resistance 8.71 ?/meter
- 27ga (0.36mm): linear resistance ?/meter
- 28ga (0.32mm): linear resistance 13.38 ?/meter
- 29a (0.28mm): linear resistance ?/meter

Nichrome 80 is a metal alloy composed of 80% Nickel and 20% Chromium. It has a high melting point and excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Thanks to the excellent adhesion properties of the surface oxide, this alloy offers superior durability compared to other Nickel-based wires.
Instructions for use
- Cut a piece of wire of appropriate length (10-15cm)
- Wrap it in coils using a coil jig, choosing the number of wraps and desired coil diameter
- Place the resulting coil on the atomizer deck and tighten the leads with the appropriate attachment points
- Trim the excess wire and fill the coil with vape cotton
- Cut to size and saturate with the desired e-liquid
- Test the coil with a few activations, reassemble the atomizer, fill the tank (if applicable), and vape
