On Svapoebasta, shipping costs DO NOT vary based on weight, volume and product selection. For orders over 39.90 euros, shipping is free (with some couriers)!

This means that at the time of payment you will be asked which courier you want to receive the ordered goods and the cost will be automatically indicated to you.
The order will be processed within 24/48 hours from the acceptance of payment (excluding holidays), in case of any delay attributable to us, you will be notified.

It is an innovative service that allows you to have your orders delivered by courier to one of the over 1,800 certified pick-up points throughout Italy (Click here for more information).

The list of couriers may vary depending on the delivery area.

If the courier does not find anyone at the destination address, they will leave a note in the mailbox with the package code and the phone number to call. Just make a phone call to arrange for redelivery of the package.

Make a Deposit Stop

To receive the goods at the chosen courier's location, you need to write "Deposit stop" in the address field under "Shipping Information" during checkout (second step).

Please note: the package must be picked up as soon as possible to avoid surcharges or returns to the sender.

You can pick up the goods at our headquarters after placing an order and confirming it. The pickup is free.
It is reserved for customers located in the surrounding areas.

You can pick up the goods at one of the Svapoebasta Points indicated during checkout. The pickup is free.
The pickup can be paid by credit card or in cash at the pickup point
As soon as the ordered goods become available for pickup, the system will send a notification email.
It will not be possible to pick up the goods BEFORE receiving said email.

Damaged or Opened Package

Upon receipt of the package, if it appears visibly damaged or opened, you must:
accept the shipment with reservation, that is, by indicating a reservation on the waybill before signing for acceptance and contacting our technical support.
Without acceptance with reservation, it will not be possible to initiate the refund procedure for any damaged/missing products.

PLEASE NOTE: the choice for some products and/or for some locations may not be possible; the courier that can offer the service will be automatically selected (for example, for Venice and Minor Islands, the courier SDA-Poste Italiane is used).
