Wireoptim Stainless Steel 316L Rebuilding Wire - 15m
A 15-meter spool of rebuilding wire made of stainless steel (SS316L) by Wireoptim, suitable for both mouth-to-lung and direct-lung rebuildable atomizers (MTL - RDL/DL). It is manufactured in the United States with high-precision computerized machinery and is completely free of processing oils and other residues.
Available in different thicknesses to choose from:
- 24ga (0.51 mm)
- 26ga (0.40 mm)
- 27ga (0.36 mm)
- 28ga (0.32 mm)

316L Stainless Steel has higher corrosion resistance than 304 and an extremely low carbon content that minimizes the precipitation of harmful carbides during welding. It also has excellent oxidation resistance during intermittent use up to 870 °C and continuous service up to 925 °C, which are temperatures it can safely operate at.
Instructions for Use
- Cut a piece of wire of adequate length (10-15cm)
- Wrap it into coils using a coil jig, choosing the desired number of wraps and coil diameter
- Place the coil into the atomizer deck and tighten the legs with the appropriate attachment points
- Trim the excess and fill the coil with vaping cotton
- Cut to size and saturate with your desired e-liquid
- Test the coil with a few activations, reassemble the atomizer, fill the tank (if applicable), and vape
