Wireoptim Kanthal A1 Resistance Wire - 15m
A 15-meter spool of resistance wire in Kanthal A1 (KA1) by Wireoptim, suitable for both mouth-to-lung and direct lung rebuildable atomizers (MTL - RDL / DL). It is produced in the United States using high-precision computerized machinery and is completely free of processing oils and other residues.
Available in different gauges:
- 26ga (0.40mm): linear resistance 10.5 ?/meter
- 27ga (0.36mm): linear resistance 13.97 ?/meter
- 28ga (0.32mm): linear resistance 17.29 ?/meter
- 29ga (0.28mm): linear resistance 22.63 ?/meter
- 30ga (0.25mm): linear resistance 27.42 ?/meter
- 32ga (0.20mm): linear resistance 42.9 ?/meter

Kanthal A1 is an alloy of Iron, Chromium, and Aluminum with high resistivity and excellent oxidation resistance.
Usage Instructions
- Cut a suitable length of wire (10-15cm)
- Wrap it into coils using a coil jig, choosing the desired number of wraps and coil diameter
- Place the coil on the atomizer deck and secure the legs with the designated attachment points
- Trim the excess wire and fill the coil with vape cotton
- Cut to size and saturate with your desired e-liquid
- Test the coil with a few activations, reassemble the atomizer, fill the tank (if applicable), and vape
