Invoice:

Each shipment is properly recorded. If you want an invoice, you must indicate it during the ordering process. You can request the issuance of the invoice by writing all the necessary information in the appropriate contact form. The invoice will be sent via email. (All complete data, including Tax Code, must be provided. If you are a company, also provide the VAT number)

All products offered by Svapoebasta.com are new, sealed, and covered by the original warranty for conformity defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/02.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them. You will be reimbursed according to current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) establishes a useful period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal. Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple, just follow the following procedure:

  •     The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging, complete with all its parts, and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.

Right of Withdrawal

According to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Customers of Svapoebasta.com can decide to withdraw from the purchase made, for any reason and without any penalty, whether they use a Tax Code or a VAT number for the order. In case a VAT number is used, the right of withdrawal is allowed only for purchases intended for personal use and not for resale purposes.

To return the product, the Customer must write to [email protected] indicating the order number for which one or more products are to be returned and provide their banking details. The refund can be made via bank transfer, credit card refund, PayPal refund, or postal money order (in this case, the costs will be borne by the Customer). After sending the request, the Customer will receive an email with the withdrawal form that must be signed and sent by registered mail within 14 working days to the address: Kickkick S.r.l. Via Ravenna 3, 21017 Samarate (VA). Upon receipt of the registered mail, Svapoebasta.com will send the Customer the return form (RMA form) with an authorization number. The return costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer uses untracked shipping services, such as priority mail, and the shipment does not reach our headquarters, there will be no right to a refund. The form must be attached to the outside of the package containing the physically returned product, which must be sent within 14 working days from the authorization, to the address: Kickkick S.r.l. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: - The Customer must return the entire product, not just some parts - Once opened, the following products cannot be returned: - atomizers, blistered batteries; - products specially or personally created for the consumer; - perishable or rapidly changing goods; - services that have already been performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. - The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation; - The product must be returned in perfect condition, products showing signs of damage, wear or dirt will not be accepted; - The returned product must have the same serial number as on the invoice; if the serial number is different, the withdrawal will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer again, without any economic refund from Svapoebasta.com; - The shipment for the return of the product is the responsibility of the Customer until Svapoebasta.com confirms receipt of the product; - If the product is damaged during the return to the warehouses, it will be Svapoebasta.com's responsibility to inform the Customer to enable them to file a complaint against the chosen courier and obtain a refund for the value of the goods, provided it is insured; then, Svapoebasta.com will make the product available to the Customer, canceling the withdrawal.

Svapoebasta.com will refund within 14 days from the date of return of the product to its warehouses only if the conditions of Article 3 above are met and if the returned product and its packaging have the characteristics indicated in Article 3 above. The costs for the return of the product are borne by the Customer.

Waiver of purchase

Please note that the Customer has the right to refuse the goods at the time of delivery. However, it should be noted that, when issuing the credit note for the refund, in the case of advance payment (credit card, Paypal, advance bank transfer, postal transfer), the shipping costs to the delivery address indicated by the Customer will be deducted. Therefore, only the amount of the product will be refunded.

Legal warranty

All products sold by Svapoebasta.com are covered by a one-year legal warranty* (unless otherwise indicated) and must be shipped free of charge to the warehouse, with shipping costs borne by the end consumer.

*Atomizers (or atomizer coils) have a lifespan (consumable and perishable items) of approximately 10 days and once used, they do not enjoy a warranty due to hygiene and health reasons.

*Batteries and mods (consumable and perishable goods) sold on Svapoebasta.com have a warranty of 3 months, as indicated by the manufacturer.

To initiate the warranty process and ensure its acceptance, the original box with serial and scratch code, and all original accessories must be provided. Without the original box and accessories, it will not be possible to initiate and validate the warranty.

The warranty does not apply if the defect or damage has been caused by improper use and/or contrary to the instructions for use, e.g. device opening, defects or damage caused by liquid infiltration, dropping, breakage, etc.

In accordance with Article 129 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Under the legal warranty, Svapoebasta.com is responsible towards the consumer (individual acting for purposes unrelated to business, industrial, commercial, artisanal or professional activities), for any lack of conformity existing at the time of product delivery, excluding consumable goods, as provided by Article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and within 12 months from the date of purchase. Lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, does not conform to the description, or does not possess the qualities and/or performance promised by the seller and typical of the product sold, or the specific qualities and performance required by the consumer when these have been the subject of a specific agreement between the parties. The complaint of lack of conformity (Article 132, 1st paragraph), which occurs during the validity period of the legal warranty (24 months), must be made, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date of discovery (Article 132, 2nd paragraph). In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to request from the seller, at his/her choice and without expenses, the repair or replacement of the goods, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome (Article 130, paragraphs 3 and 4). Repairs must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within sixty days, after which the consumer will have the rights provided for in Article 130, paragraph 7); after reporting the lack of conformity, the seller may offer the consumer the remedies provided for in paragraph 9) of Article 130, with the effects referred to in letters a and b) of the same provision. Under the 3rd paragraph of Article 132, a defect that occurs within six months of purchase is presumed to have existed on the aforementioned date, and the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, by means of repair or replacement (Article 130). To avail of the assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT) received together with the purchased goods.

The warranty on products purchased on the Svapoebasta.com website does not cover normal wear and tear. It does not apply if the defect or damage has been caused by improper use and/or contrary to the intended use of the product.

The warranty will only be valid if the product is returned with its original packaging.

The following actions, for example, are considered non-compliant:

repairs or interventions carried out by unauthorized persons

  • opening of the device
  • handling of assembly components
  • defects or damages caused by falling, breaking, lightning or liquid infiltration
  • defects or damages caused by mechanical, chemical, radio and thermal influences
  • vaporization problems related to non-electrical defects (e.g. clogged head, spitting, burnt heads)


WARNING
If the product returned under warranty is found to be in perfect working order or if it is determined that the damage was caused by non-compliant or contrary use for which that item is generally intended, the customer will be required to reimburse the supplier for the costs incurred for the return and redelivery of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must also choose one of the following options:

  • issuance of a voucher that must be spent within one year from its generation, otherwise the credit will be forfeited
  • replacement of the goods
  • refund of the money (provide the details of a bank or postal current account (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder the refund concerns the price of the product and the shipping costs and will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. The only costs borne by the customer are those related to the return of the goods)
  • Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Damaged or Opened Package

Upon receipt of the package, if it is visibly damaged or opened, you must:

accept the shipment with a reservation, that is, by adding a note of reservation on the delivery note before signing for acceptance and by contacting our technical support.

Without acceptance with reservation, it will NOT be possible to initiate the refund procedure for any damaged/missing products.

Cash on Delivery Payment
