The Ripley RDTA is a 22mm rebuildable atomizer, designed by The Vaping Gentlemen Club and manufactured by Ambition Mods. The project was born to build on the success of its predecessor, the Bishop RTA, incorporating its extraordinary features and adding new ones.
It is a device that possesses all the qualities of a high-end atomizer but with the price of a mid-range hardware, which is why you might decide to purchase it.
The atomizer is designed to replicate the silent and stable draw of the Bishop, ensure very simple coil regeneration, and offer a hassle-free liquid supply system.
In the package, you will find a double alternative for liquid wicking from the tank (with a capacity of 3.2ml): two metal tubes (Xylema) or mesh rolls, to be used for those who want even more abundant liquid supply.
The refill is done from the top, simply by removing the atomizer cap and using the dedicated hole inside the deck, kept closed by a pressure metal cap that ensures the tank's tightness.
Inside, we also find two slots for easy positioning of the coil (you can rest the coil jig while tightening the coil legs) with an underlying hole that allows liquid flow from bottom to top, and two wells for condensation collection.
The dual Airflow system, the same as the Bishop, is calibrated to go from pure MTL to a restricted lung hit. In the package, you will find 4 pairs of air pins (2x 0.8mm, 2x 1.0mm, 2x 1.6mm, 2x 1.8mm) plus a blind pin, which allow you to customize the device's draw in many different ways.
This system allows the Ripley to achieve high turbulence inside the vaporization chamber and therefore guarantee excellent flavor production while maintaining a laminar airflow in and out, resulting in a smooth, contrasted, and super silent draw.
The aesthetic features of the Ripley are in full TVGC style, with a bell made of steel with elegant grooves that recall those of other company products, such as the Millennium and the 900.
In addition to making the device very attractive, this bell shape serves as a real radiator, dissipating heat during vaping, since the coil is quite high, similar to a BF atomizer.
