Wireoptim Coil Wire Winding Kit accessories for rebuilding
The Coil Wire Winding Kit by Wireoptim is a tool that makes it easy to create replacement coils for RBA atomizers.
The set includes, in addition to the coil jig, a set of tips (1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm) and a small screwdriver.
The wide range of available sizes makes this accessory ideal for both mouth-to-lung and direct lung coils.
An essential tool for every vaper that allows for practical and easy winding of the resistance wire.
Instructions for use
- Insert the appropriate tip into the winding section
- Insert the wire through the hole on the side
- Leave about 1/2" of wire sticking out of the hole
- Hold the end of the wire against the handle so it cannot pass through
- Pull the free end of the wire around the shaft
- Slide the winding section onto the shaft with the pin facing the handle
- Rotate the winding section to grip the wire and start winding it around the shaft
- Maintain light pressure against the handle during winding
- Remove the winding tool and straighten the end of the wire sticking out of the hole in the handle
- Push up on the wire to slide the coil upward
- Gently grasp the coil at the bottom to slide it off the shaft
