It features an integrated battery and the Tigon Tank atomizer has a 2ml capacity.
A new "stick" style device from Aspire. Introducing the Tigon kit, a compact "child-safe" device that is easy to use from ASPIRE. It is available in four stylish color finishes, stainless steel, blue, the famous rainbow, and black. It can be used as an MTL (mouth to lung) or a DTL (direct to lung) vape. It is available in two sizes with a long-lasting integrated battery and works in Bypass mode. Whatever size you choose, you can be sure of a compact everyday device for your bag or wallet. It is the first Aspire product to use an ingenious design that seals the absorption holes in the tank when the coil is removed.
The Aspire Tigon Kit is available in two sizes, a non-TPD version of 24.5mm with a 3.5ml capacity tank and a TPD version of 23mm with a 2ml capacity. The battery capacity of the 24.5mm Tigon kit is 2600mAh and the 23mm TPD option of the Tigon kit has an 1800mAh battery capacity. Liquid Refill:
The filling couldn't be easier in the childproof and leakproof tank. First, lift the top cap, then with your thumb or finger on the marked pen on the atom, slide the top cap to uncover the silicone seal of the filling door. The filling door on the TPD version tank has a self-sealing valve where you can insert the nozzle of the chosen filling bottle to fill the tank. Closing the atomizer is the opposite, slide the top cap into position covering the silicone gasket and push down.
Remember, when using a new coil, let the resistance cotton saturate in the e-liquid for 5 minutes before starting to vape. This will ensure that dry hits or coil damage do not occur.
Coil installation:
In the Aspire Tigon tank, coil replacement is really simple. Unscrew the base hardware, remove the old coil and replace it with a new one. Then screw the base hardware back on. Note that the Tigon tank can still contain e-liquid when changing the coil, this is because the drainage holes in the tank are covered by a spring-loaded sleeve that will slide shut and seal the holes when the coil is removed.
Removing and inserting a new Glass Tube:
When removing and/or replacing the glass tube on the childproof version TPD tank, you need to follow these steps. First, unscrew and remove the base hardware and take out the coil. Then flip the tank over and, using the provided key, unlock the top hardware by placing it in the screw slot that fixes the top hardware (see the diagram). Then, remove the glass tube. Replace the glass tube and follow the steps in reverse, (it is easier to place the screw on the key before placing it in the top hardware), tighten the screw, insert the coil and replace the base hardware.
