My device is not working! What can I do?

Do you need help with your electronic cigarette, your atomizer, the burnt taste of your coil, etc... Or do you just need assistance?

We have written this quick and simple guide that can help you solve some problems concerning your e-cig.

Section A

Device not turning on and showing no signs of life

1. If the device turns on but doesn't produce vapor, move on to section B
2. If the button light flashes and there's no vapor production, move on to section B
3. If the device in question is an atomizer, move on to section C
4. If the device doesn't turn on with 5 quick clicks, try a different charger / wall adapter
5. Charge the device's battery
6. If the device uses one or more 18650 batteries, make sure they are charged and inserted correctly

Section B

Issues with atomizers (general)

1. Even if new, even if original, replace the coil head (it may be defective)
2. If the atomizer is disposable (e.g. CE4), try another atomizer if possible
3. Check that the atomizer and coil head have all the sealing gaskets positioned correctly
4. If the atomizer has adjustable airflow, it must be open at least one-third or halfway
5. Don't try to use a direct lung atomizer in "mouth to lung mode" by closing the airflow and lowering the power
6. If you have trouble opening an atomizer, use silicone gloves (or dishwashing gloves)
7. If the issue concerns a device / atomizer with sub-ohm coils (Cubis, AIO, eGrip II, Aster Total), move on to section C

Section C

Issues with atomizers with sub-ohm coils (Cubis, eGo AIO, eGrip II, Aster Total, etc.)

This type of atomizer cannot "leak liquid from the air holes," so flooding of the coil head can occur.

1. If the device spits after refilling, activate the vaporization and blow into the drip tip until vapor comes out laterally
2. If you encounter a burnt taste, slightly loosen the atomizer / device "cap"

Section D

How to properly set up a device (e.g. a box mod or a variable voltage device)

1. Check the product specifications for the coil head being used
2. Set the correct wattage or voltage indicated for that coil head model
3. If the taste is burnt, reduce wattage / voltage / temperature
4. If vapor production is insufficient, increase wattage / voltage / temperature (within the limits specified on the coil head's product specifications)
5. Make sure you are using the correct type of device / atomizer; for direct lung or mouth to lung
